NO KINGS

At the last minute, I decided to go, and I took my daughter with me—and I’m so glad I did. The air was electric, alive with purpose, and people were unified in a way that felt both rare and necessary. With flags, banners, and signs hoisted high, our small community gathered with big energy to make our voices heard. It was powerful to see so many familiar faces standing shoulder to shoulder, rooted in shared values and the determination to resist complacency.

The No Kings protest wasn’t just an event; it felt like a turning point. There was a sense of solidarity that cut through political noise and reminded us of the power we hold when we show up together. My daughter saw people of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs united by a common vision of freedom and fairness—and that’s something I’ll never forget. It reminded me that even in the smallest towns, resistance can bloom, and the call for justice echoes just as loudly. * Unfortunately due to security concerns I can only show a portion of our pictures. #nokingsprotests #nokings #oregon #protest #protests
